Literary Journals

Another way of publishing your story is by submitting to Literary Journals. Some Literary Journals pay their authors, some don't. Literary Journals are a good spot for flash fiction, poetry, short stories, etc, while traditional publishing doesn't usually accept short novels. Literary Journals are online websites that showcase work from accepted authors. They are a good reliable source of publishing. Some literary journals pay you, like  Page & Spine  and  The Threepenny Review . Some don't, but they are still a place where you could express yourselves. In my opinion, Page & Spine is a better literary journal for me. It accepts pieces from any place or age, and it pays. Page & Spine's acceptance rate is between 60% to 70%, quite a lot. Some literary journals might want you to pay them to publish a piece. I don't like those, but if you have money and want to express yourself more than others, then you could use those journals.
